Michael “Mikey” Lorden graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University in May 2025. He has a strong analytical and financial foundation and a passion for real estate investment and development. Known for his detail-oriented approach and people-first mindset, he brings both precision and collaboration to every project.
Before joining Durkin, Mikey interned at T. Rowe Price in Baltimore as a Global Investment Operations intern, where he gained hands-on experience in asset management, financial analysis, and fund accounting.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Mikey now calls Dallas home. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, skiing, and playing the guitar.
